USAGE OF LNG AND ALTERNATIV ENERGY SOURCES FOR INDUSTRIAL AND TRANSPORT SECTORS

We invite you to the informational event "USAGE OF LNG AND ALTERNATIV ENERGY SOURCES FOR INDUSTRIAL AND TRANSPORT SECTORS"!
Date: February 26, 2026
Time: 14:00 CET
Register by the link: https://forms.gle/ZZbwVkhkB26dPHn57
At the event, you will learn more about LNG, bio-LNG, and other alternative sources that are currently developing rapidly in the world.Event objectives
* To demonstrate practical scenarios and advantages of using LNG (liquefied natural gas) and other alternative sources for industrial processes and transport in Ukraine and Europe.
* To give participants a clear understanding of “what it takes to get started”: infrastructure, equipment, logistics/supply, safety, contract models, project economics.
* Launch post-webinar B2B contacts on STaTMP (matchmaking between Ukrainian demand and international solution providers).
Target audience
* Industrial enterprises: metallurgy, food, chemicals, building materials, processing, warehousing/logistics, heat/steam generation.
* Transport and logistics: freight transport fleets, transport operators, ports/terminals, municipal transport.
* Energy service companies, engineering, EPC/EPCM, gas distribution/gas transmission system operators, infrastructure developers.
* Business associations and clusters
The world is making the transition from fossil fuels to cleaner energy, and yet global production of LNG is forecasted to increase in the coming years. In fact, despite being a fossil fuel, it is expected to play a key role in decarbonizing multiple industries. It is estimated that by 2040, global demand for LNG (liquefied natural gas) will reach between 625-685 million tonnes per year (up from 404 million tonnes in 2023) – a rise by more than 50%. The growth in demand is expected to come from multiple industries including manufacturing, heavy-industry, power generation and transportation.
The event will be broadcasted on the Sustainable Transport and Trade Matchmaking Platform (STaTMP)
Participation is free of charge, but requires registration.
